Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this position is a requirement for a highly experienced, focused, and driven Health and Safety Professional to assume the role of Group HSE Manager. The appointed candidate will be responsible for assuring compliance in line with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45000 and ISO 50001 The main purpose of this role is to provide expert leadership and advice in safety, health, environmental and risk management measures across the activities of the group, ensuring “Best in Class” environmental and health and safety standards are met and a continuously improving trend is established.

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, this position involves working in a fast-moving sales and service environment, the Customer Service Advisor will be expected to operate and thrive within an extremely busy and particularly challenging sales environment. Reporting to a Plant Leader, these positions involve the Running of extrusion machines, completing quality checks and any other tasking associated with the meeting of our production requirements as directed. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but training will be given. The positions work as part of production teams and an ability and willingness to learn contribute and work effectively to meet the goals of the team and operation are essential.
This is an administrative position within the logistics yard at the Hawick Production Facility. It serves to ensure the accurate provision of administration and communication exists and is maintained between Logistics, Yard, sales administration and logistic providers to drive a more effective and efficient service. Experience in a logistics administration environment is preferred but training will be given.
The key responsibility of this role is to lead and manage the Group’s inventory across all sites. Currently these sites include Hawick & Jedburgh in Scotland, Erfurt in Germany, Sonder Felding in Denmark, Wrexham in Wales, Dubai in United Arab Emirates and our newest addition being Fletcher in North Carolina, USA. In addition, there are a limited number of 4PL’s where inventory is held. The business requires leadership in achieving the most optimal total cost of inventory through negotiations and collaboration through a wide team within the business. The main function of the role is to manage the inventory levels, by developing and executing short, medium and long-term inventory strategies.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, this position is a requirement for a Quality Engineer. The appointed candidate will be responsible for assuring product and management system compliance in line with ISO9001 Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, the main purpose of this role is to ensure that internal, customer and regulatory quality standards are met and a continuously improving trend is established.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, this position is a requirement for Senior Quality Engineer. The main job purpose of the Senior Quality Engineer will be to lead develop, lead and maintain the non-conformance handling framework, with a customer centric approach. Additionally, this role is to support the Quality Manager across all functions, manage and expand the quality management system and team on site. This will include effectively helping to manage the Quality Assurance team whilst ensuring production and quality standards are maintained to ensure that internal, customer and regulatory quality standards are met and a continuously improving trend is established.
